We, my wife and I, wanted to eat good, regional food on vacation. And, found a restaurant with such flair, hospitality, fine food, and ambience! It was a great pleasure for us, I would like to emphasize that here! Many thanks again, hope to see you again soon GLG

If the hosts are the same as they were over 30 years ago, then I congratulate them. We had eaten there and loved the atmosphere. Reverse clocks and lots of nice things. Back then there were great steaks and the snail pan was delicious. The cake was great. Big pieces. We had toasted New Year's Eve and went to our accommodation later. Ronaldrusche@gmx.de

Great food and a quaint restaurant

Portions are way too small, probably aimed at the main retirees. We were all still hungry after the main course and cake. Unfortunately, it was way too expensive for this portion size. Unfortunately, this is not transparent as there was no menu or price list. Operation is a matter of taste, we felt a bit listless and disinterested. Location a bit hidden, but nicely located. The old mill is rustic and it's worth taking a look at the armor. I do not recommend it and I will probably not be back.

Unfortunately there is no menu, so the final bill is based on the type of landlord and the sympathy factor (in our case overpriced). If you don't mind, you will be able to enjoy the delicious food and the special flair of the place.

Very charming restaurant by a stream. It is very peaceful. The card is certainly small, but it is sufficient. I ate very well there.

Very nicely decorated inn. We were greeted by a knight at the entrance. The food was delicious and the menu was clear. Will come back in summer to enjoy the location near the stream.

Very homely inn. The Vintage Touch is unmistakably lovingly set up. Very tasty food at moderate prices. Very friendly Service. I could name 100 more positive traits, but then all go there 😉😎

Two dishes to choose from. Small, fine portion - but extremely overpriced! There is no price transparency. One has the impression the prices are determined individually. Location matter of taste. No, it does not have to be again.

Incredible place, the Maultaschen were just wonderful and the Panna Cotta is unparalleled, the romantic atmosphere and surroundings, just unbelievably wonderful! I'll be back with family and friends, today unfortunately only very fast and alone on the road on a business trip

A typical stamp and a particular setting, worth seeing. Small card, but quality. Afternoon small snack dishes. Price contents. For gays who like, a good local red, the Spätburgunder. Very Black Forest atmosphere, the boss is representative of the local culture.

Interesting old interior, but quite dark and spooky, so we sat outside. We ordered Latte Macchiato and got filter coffee with canned milk. The cake was tilted on the plate loveless on the side and was not tasty. We were served by an older rude man. The audible, directly adjacent stream, you could only guess because of the wild growth. You could certainly get more out of the location.

Whoever does not know will not find it. The time from then inside. Quiet atmosphere, nice terrace. Worth the effort.

A nasty, very unfriendly, cheeky waiter! No menu, no prices by price boards. Only two dishes: bratwurst or Maultaschen ... and which are also significantly overpriced. We sat outside, dirty wobbly sewing machine table. Food prepared without love. Bratwurst was not edible because it was raw on the plate. Looked like dog food. I could not eat this and left everything almost untouched. Strange billing, a receipt was not available. In short, warning of this area. Every other local in the region was much better. I will not enter this again locally.

I can not understand the bad reviews. Quaint restaurant. The tables were clean. The service was super friendly. Yes there was no menu and only a small selection of dishes, but they were delicious and of top quality. The way is definitely worth it and I'll be back.

THE worst that ever happened to us !!! Unclean tables, unfriendly cheeky and insulting service, bad food (bratwurst raw and cold) overpriced. No recommendation. EACH Straussi is better. Even the one star is still too much !!!! 😩😩

Keeping it simple but price and performance match. A cozy corner by the stream. It is in the middle of the green and therefore has its very own charm. The service is friendly and tries to meet the wishes of the guests quickly.

The place itself is quite nice, but the service is really rude and harsh. The prices are quite exaggerated. Its better to go to Badenweiler to the Winzerstuben in the centre.

I really enjoyed this place. The food was hearty and the beer was good. The service was excellent and they were very kind to our young son. The setting, next to a river, was peaceful.
